My fourth trip to Jamaica and I’m already itching to go back. Jamaica is my beautiful home away from home. A place where my personality gets a chance to shine as bright as the sun will allow. A place where I swim all day and make life long friends. A place where I get marriage proposals on an hourly basis. A place where the people are hardworking and full of life and love. We arrived for the music event SUNFEST but we left with much more than just a show.

Doctors Cave Beach Montego Bay (healing waters)

Aquasol Beach Montego Bay

Jumping and Jiving in Negril

Old Battle Grounds and Cannons

So arriving at Aquasol beach is quite the scene. Tons of beautiful Jamaican children running around the beach with their fathers keeping a close watch on them. Many people start their day with a 2 mile swim on the beach. My favorite thing about Aquasol beach is watching the hot dudes play football and watching the teens practice their dance moves while the dj bumps the hottest reggae and dancehall hits.

American Apparel knows what my body likes. And its anything Gold.

Beenie Man fresh to death as always. Fresh in the all white.

So Beanie Man and I are sort of best friends.

The bluest waters and the most beautiful eyes

I had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people while I was in Jamaica. I went to this small village called Green Island, It was about a 15 minute drive from Negril. I piled into a local taxi with about 6 people and we blew the speed limit open while Vybz Kartel beat in the back. I spent hours with Rastas talking about conspiracy theories, good music and string theory. Every good point was followed by drinking some clear sort of liquor and some red type of liquor. I also went to the best Rasta Fish spot. I had Conch with vegetables and It literally was the best meal I’ve ever had.

You can’t go to Jamaica and not drink a Bob Marley.

At Dragon Lounge in Montego Bay you can choose your own fresh fish. We had snapper with veggies. It was DELICIOUS

I could stare into the ocean for hours thinking about the life i’ve lived and the life i’m going to live.
