Watermelon Festival Sunday in Carytown

Sunday August 5 from 10am to 6pm come out and celebrate the Watermelon Festival in Carytown in Richmond Va. This is an amazingly huge event.  I would suggest riding your bike or arriving early so you can park freely in the parking decks. All restaurants, markets and stores will be involved offering great deals and wonderful customer service. There are over hundreds of musical acts and vendors. Come out and show your support for your community. And wear something fly I will be there taking photos for the blog. And heads up your phone will be flooded with instagram shots of watermelons and watermelons shots. Also there are tons of events for children. There will be thousands of people bring cash to make your life easier.
